By using MyGreekLink (“the platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any MyGreekLink features.
Eligibility
MyGreekLink is available exclusively to current and former members of recognized fraternity and sorority organizations. By creating an account, you represent that you are or were a verified member of a Greek life organization. MyGreekLink reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for any individual who does not meet this eligibility requirement.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MyGreekLink account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others, not to impersonate other members, and to provide accurate information in your profile. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Community Standards
MyGreekLink is a professional community. Members agree not to post harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content. Members agree not to use the platform for spam, unauthorized solicitation, or any activity that violates applicable law. MyGreekLink reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
Intellectual Property
MyGreekLink owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its design, functionality, and content. Members retain ownership of content they post but grant MyGreekLink a license to display it within the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MyGreekLink content without written permission.
Disclaimers
MyGreekLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the platform, including job placement, networking outcomes, or the accuracy of member-provided information. Greek life organizations listed on MyGreekLink are independent organizations not affiliated with MyGreekLink.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyGreekLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to MyGreekLink shall not exceed the amount you paid for MyGreekLink services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of MyGreekLink after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
